A Bit About Me
I am a trauma-informed psychologist and cycle-aware practitioner with 2+ years of experience in helping individuals and workplaces thrive. I work with models like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Positive Psychotherapy, Compassion-focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
My practice blends evidence-based psychological tools with cyclical and body-based wisdom to guide Indian women toward emotional clarity, self-trust, and a more aligned way of living. Whether you're navigating a storm or slowly waking up to the quiet ache of burnout, therapy can offer you a space to pause, reflect, and heal.
I work 1:1 and in small group spaces to help clients break out of inherited patterns, rebuild their relationship with themselves, and move from survival to thriving.
